The Vista T4 and T2 consoles are unique in that each console has two serial numbers – one for the console chassis and a second for the CPU tray. Separate serial numbers enables tracking of these individual items as necessary during service and replacement.
This photograph below indicates the location of the serial numbers. Note that Jands serial numbers are of the form XYYZZZ where:
X The month of manufacture from A to L, eg A= January etc
YY The year of manufacture eg 07 = 2007
ZZZ A unique number within the month/year.
Both numbers should always be quoted in service related correspondence with Jands or its dealer network.
